Mommy D Hart dedicated her life to the heartbeat of her community. Through her foster program, her doors were always open, her table was always full, and her heart was limitless. She didn’t just provide shelter; she provided a sanctuary for countless children and a blueprint for what a community should look like. It was within the walls of this very house that the spark for our foundation was born.
We support grandparents who are raising their grandchildren and need extra help. Many are doing this on fixed incomes while managing their own health and daily expenses.
